About me.

(Biz-side) By day, I'm an innovation, market & brand strategist passionate about designing 'the future of' via the intersections of business, people, culture and technology. I've worked with start-ups, design studios, digital agencies, sporting orgs and fortune 500s on venture + innovation strategy from conceptualization and design to launch and growth. I love working with great people who dream big and take action to design a world we all want to live in.

(School-side) I am a COC Game Plan scholarship recipient and current Executive MBA America's '24 candidate at two top schools – Queen's University's Smith School of Business and Cornell University's SC Johnson School of Business.

(Sport-side) By 'rest of the day' I'm a Canadian National Team Modern Pentathlete who is also a 5x national champion and 6x World Championships competitor. My journey to become a Canadian national team pentathlete has been fuelled by my love for sport, community, lifelong learning, and excellence. Modern Pentathlon (one day event of fencing, swimming, horse jumping on an unfamiliar horse, and a laser-shooting running race) is the perfect Olympic sport for people who love adventure and challenge.
